We are saddened to share the news that Professor John Fletcher has passed away. Professor Fletcher was a pioneer in the treatment of blood cancers here in Nottingham and we were very lucky to have him serve as our charity chairman for an incredible 16 years. He remained an active and enthusiastic member of the committee for several years and we are so grateful for everything he did for NLA. We send our thoughts and condolences to his wife Elisabeth, and all of his family and friends. Professor Fletcher's funeral will take place at Gedling Crematorium on Friday 1st September at 11am .
